Frequently Asked QuestionsIs there a charge for delivery or a membership fee?With Dryclean To Go™ There is no charge for delivery or membership. We can offer competitive prices because we process your garments in a state of the art dry cleaning plant located away from high priced, retail storefronts. We can then pass the savings and convenience on to you by delivering directly to your home. Will my clothes be delivered right to my front door? Yes, unless you specify otherwise. You may want arrange to have your garments delivered to your back door or pool area. We are always glad to make special accommodations, just let us know. Do I have to be home to get my garments delivered? No. If you choose, a Dryclean To Go™ representative may drop off your garments to a pre-designated area. What should I place my garments in? You will be provided with a Dryclean To Go™ bag along with a customer identification tag. The tag will specify your preferences such as starch level and pressing preferences. Will I have to pay each time my clothes are delivered? No. Your credit card will be charged for each delivery. You will be provided with a registration form, on which you will select the type of card you wish to charge. You will receive a statement of the charges for each delivery. What days do you pick up and deliver? Call for your areas route delivery days. We are usually in a given area at least twice a week. Of course, if you need special delivery we will accommodate you. How can I notify Dryclean To Go™ of a special issue or request with my garments? You may print out a special instructions form or simply write detailed note about the issue. Place this item along with the note in a separate bag within the Dryclean To Go™ bag. Do you clean household itmes? Yes. We clean a variety of household items such as comforters, arm chair covers, pillow covers and area rugs. White before labor day? Are leisure suits back in yet? Double breasted or single?
